BeatStep Pro Overlay/Skin

Ditch your cheatsheet, we've updated the BeatStep Pro layout for you with our enhanced overlay. It's re-labelled for the 2.0.1.6 firmware update, so everything is right where you need it.

We've also added labels along the top of the BeatStep Pro to make it easier to locate the jack inputs at the back.

Our BeatStep Pro skin is made from premium, self-adhesive vinyl and adds virtually no bulk to your gear. It's finished with a soft matte laminate for added durability and scratch-resistance.

1. Remove the knobs from your BeatStep Pro.
2. Thoroughly clean off any dust or debris. Just like applying a screen protector, even tiny fibres or dust particles can cause air bubbles beneath the surface.
3. Gently peel your label off the backing.
4. Hold the label at each edge, forming a u-shape in the middle. Align the label visually with your BeatStep Pro before letting the adhesive side make contact. Make sure it's square with the edges of your BeatStep Pro.
5. Allow your label to make contact with your BeatStep Pro, somewhere around the middle. If it's looking misaligned, slowly and gently lift it back up and try again. When everything looks good, gradually lower the edges and allow the label to gently fall into place between the pads. Put one side down before the other and use your free hand to smooth the lines between the buttons and knobs. Don't worry about any small bubbles or creases.
6. Lower the other side into place and repeat the smoothing.
7. If there are any bubbles or creases, use the edge of a ruler or credit card to flatten them out, moving air bubbles towards the nearest cutout to allow the air to escape.
8. Replace the knobs and enjoy your upgraded BeatStep Pro. 
   

Our BeatStep Pro skins are shipped rolled in a box to prevent creasing. You may notice slight curling when first unboxed, but this won’t affect application or final appearance. Free shipping is available for this product!
